OKX itself is a strong platform with good liquidity and a usable app, and I've had no issues with trades executing. Where it falls short is customer support β when a deposit was delayed, the live chat kept routing me to canned answers before a human helped. Solid for trading, frustrating when something goes wrong.

I've moved most of my futures trading to OKX because the liquidity and low funding costs make a real difference over time. The earn products let me put idle USDT to work between trades, and the security features like withdrawal whitelists give me peace of mind. Excellent global exchange.
Low costs, strong security options
I trade derivatives daily on OKX and the platform's charting, funding rates and risk tools are excellent. The fees on higher tiers are very competitive too. The only friction was that identity verification took longer than I expected before I could withdraw, but once done it's been smooth.
