Ordered a phone charger and a kettle from Noon, but the kettle that turned up was a completely different model than the listing showed. Getting the return picked up was easy enough, but the refund sat in 'processing' for almost two weeks before the money actually reached my card. For a marketplace this big I expected faster resolution.
