Our MC switched to NoBroker Hood last year and the difference is night and day. Visitor logs, daily help attendance, amenity booking for the clubhouse, and complaint tracking are all in one place now. The security staff scan a QR code and our families get instant alerts. Honestly the best society app we have used.

What I love most about NoBroker Hood is the amenities booking. No more WhatsApp arguments over who reserved the party hall. The slot system is transparent and the maintenance ledger is crystal clear. Our residents adopted it within a week.

Paying maintenance dues through NoBroker Hood is far smoother than the old cheque collection days, and the digital receipts are a relief at tax time. The only gripe is that the noticeboard sometimes loads slowly when there are lots of attachments. Overall a solid app for our apartment.

NoBroker Hood has genuinely made gate management easier in our society. The visitor pre-approval and delivery OTP system works most of the time, but I miss intercom calls fairly often because the app notification arrives late. Decent tool, just needs to be more reliable.
