Ninjacart cancelled a confirmed produce order at the last minute with barely any notice, and there was no alternative supply arranged. As a retailer that left me scrambling and selling from near-empty crates all day. A supply chain that drops orders this abruptly is a serious risk to my business.

Strong network, uneven freshness

Ninjacart's reach into my retail outlet is impressive and the ordering is straightforward, so restocking fresh produce is easier than before. But the freshness varies batch to batch, and leafy greens sometimes arrive tired. Genuinely torn because the logistics are good but quality control isn't always there.
