The Nextra connection started strong but throughput fell off sharply after the first month and now lags during peak hours. Support acknowledged a congestion issue on my node but gave no timeline for a fix. Disappointing after such a promising start.
Throughput degraded, node congestion unresolved
My Nextra connection has been throttled to a fraction of the promised speed for two weeks and the enterprise SLA I was sold means nothing in practice. Every call ends with a new ticket number and no engineer. Paying premium rates for this kind of neglect is infuriating.
Throttled speeds, SLA ignored, no engineer dispatched
We moved our small office onto Nextra for business broadband and it has been outstanding. The line is stable through the whole workday, latency is low for our cloud apps, and the dedicated support actually picks up when we call. Exactly the dependable enterprise connectivity we needed.
Stable enterprise line, responsive support
Nextra has been a reliable choice for my remote work, handling video calls and large uploads without much trouble. The installation team was professional and prompt. My minor complaint is that the support phone line can have a long hold time during busy periods.
Handles uploads and calls well, professional install
Long phone hold times
Nextra has given me a steady home connection with very few drops and good speeds for video meetings. The one gripe is that the plans cost a bit more than some local providers in my area. For the reliability I get, though, I think it's still worth it.
Steady connection, good for meetings
Pricier than local options
