Newegg's prices on hardware are usually very competitive and shipping is quick. That said, I once received what was sold as new but had clearly been opened and resealed. It worked fine so I kept it, but it knocked my confidence a bit. Decent retailer with the occasional hiccup.

The trouble starts with their marketplace sellers, where return policies and shipping times are all over the place. I now check who the seller is before every order.
