Meituan handles my meals, my grocery orders, and even local service bookings in one place. Couriers are fast, the coupons are generous, and the ratings system helps me pick reliable restaurants. Absolutely brilliant.
Everything in one app, generous coupons
Meituan's prices and discounts are hard to beat, and most orders are quick. During peak lunch hours though, I've had a few deliveries run quite late. For the savings I get, I'm still very happy to keep using it.

Slow during peak hours
My order arrived with two items missing and the restaurant sealed bag clearly hadn't been opened. I reported it through Meituan but the automated system kept rejecting my refund and there was no easy way to reach a real person. Very frustrating.
Missing items, refund system unhelpful
I use Meituan for food and grocery runs almost daily and it rarely disappoints. The only thing that trips me up is the address pinning on the map, which sometimes sends couriers to the wrong building entrance. Still a fantastic app overall.
