The teleconsultation feature on MediBuddy has been reliable for me and the general physicians are professional and prompt. Lab test booking is handy too. The app interface feels a bit cluttered and slow at times, but the core service does what it promises.

Booked a full-body health checkup through MediBuddy and the pricing was competitive with reports delivered digitally within a couple of days. The phlebotomist who came home was professional. Just wish the report came with a clearer explanation of the abnormal values.
