During a drive through dense traffic, MapmyIndia repeatedly lost my GPS position and the blue dot jumped around, making me miss two turns. The voice guidance also lagged behind where I actually was. I wanted to support a desi app but the live tracking let me down.

The mapping accuracy in my area is genuinely impressive and the safety alerts about speed breakers and sharp turns are useful. The app does what I need, though the interface looks a generation behind the slicker navigation apps. Functionality over polish, but it works.
