We've used Manupatra across the firm for years and it reliably delivers the statutes and case law we look for. The notifications on legislative changes have caught updates we might otherwise have missed. I'd welcome faster page loads, but on the whole it serves us well.
Reliable coverage, helpful update notifications
Pages can be slow to load
Manupatra's library is reasonably broad and I usually find what I need eventually. The catch is the search relevance, which often forces me to wade through unrelated results before landing on the right case. When it works it's fine; when it doesn't it costs me time I'd rather not lose.

Beyond the solid case law database, what impressed me most about Manupatra was the customer support. When I struggled to locate an old notification, their team walked me through it patiently and even followed up. That kind of service is rare and it's why we keep renewing.
Excellent, patient customer support
Manupatra covers the case law and legislation we need for day-to-day practice and the value for money is better than most rivals. The legislation tracking with amendment history is especially handy. The interface isn't the prettiest, but it's functional and gets me to the right judgment.

Interface looks somewhat plain
On desktop Manupatra is a perfectly capable research tool and I rely on it for legislation lookups. On mobile, however, it's awkward to navigate and reading long judgments is a chore. For a tool I'd love to use on the go, the mobile gap leaves me genuinely torn.
