As our embedded insurance volumes grew, Lumen's platform handled the load without a hiccup. The monitoring dashboards are excellent and we get real visibility into policy lifecycles. Their proactive engineering support during a traffic spike was the cherry on top. Couldn't ask for a better partner.
Scales reliably, great dashboards
Lumen gave us exactly the embedded insurance building blocks we needed without months of custom development. The APIs are well designed and the sandbox let our engineers test flows quickly. We went live faster than projected and the platform has been rock solid since.

Lumen's distribution technology is capable and the implementation was clean. We are a bit torn, though, because the commercial terms felt steep for our early-stage volumes. For a larger platform it would be a clear yes; for us the value is still proving out as we scale.
