Lucid Software's diagramming has made our remote workshops far more productive, and the templates gave us a head start on process maps. I am happy with it overall, though exporting a high-resolution image for a presentation sometimes crops the canvas oddly. A polished tool with one rough edge.

Lucidchart is a capable visual collaboration tool and I genuinely like the interface for building flowcharts. The thing that holds me back is the free plan caps you at a handful of documents and a limited shape set, so I quickly felt nudged toward paying. A good product, just torn on the value.

Moving from a clunky desktop diagramming app to Lucid in the browser was a clear upgrade for our team. Sharing a diagram is just a link, and edits sync instantly. My one small complaint is the learning curve for the more advanced conditional formatting features. Still very happy overall.

We use Lucid across product and engineering for everything from flowcharts to wireframes and it has replaced three separate tools. My only minor gripe is that very large, complex diagrams can get a little laggy in the browser. Otherwise the collaboration features are best in class.
