Lookkool has become my regular spot. The stylists actually listen, the hygiene standards are excellent, and they never rush you out the door. My last haircut got compliments all week. Booking through them is easy and the staff are warm and professional. Highly recommend.

My experience at Lookkool depends heavily on who serves me. One stylist gave me a great beard trim, another rushed it and left it uneven the next visit. The ambience is nice and prices are reasonable, but the inconsistency makes me hesitant to recommend it outright.

I asked Lookkool for a subtle balayage and walked out with patchy, uneven colour that looked nothing like the reference. On top of that the final bill was higher than the quote with vague add-on charges. I had to pay another salon to fix it. Really frustrating experience.
