LoadShare delivers most of my orders without any fuss and the rates for last-mile are reasonable. Every so often though a parcel takes an unexpectedly long route and arrives late. Reasonable service overall, just not perfectly consistent.

As a seller, LoadShare's middle-mile network has been a quiet workhorse. Pickups happen on schedule, the handoffs are clean, and my customers in smaller cities finally get their orders on time. Really pleased with how dependable it has been.
On-time pickups, strong rural reach
A shipment handed to LoadShare for last-mile delivery simply vanished from the system and was never delivered. After repeated follow-ups the response was that they were investigating, and weeks later there was still nothing. A serious failure for an e-commerce courier.
Lost parcel, no accountability
My package with LoadShare showed no movement for four days and the tracking page simply stopped updating. When I reached out, I got generic replies that did not address where my parcel actually was. Frustrating for a last-mile network.
Stale tracking, unhelpful support
LoadShare handles last-mile for a few of my e-commerce orders and the coverage into tier-two towns is genuinely useful. Some deliveries are quick and smooth, while others sit at a hub for days. I am genuinely torn because the network potential is there.
