I placed an order on Lieferando and only after waiting nearly an hour did I learn the restaurant had cancelled it. No proactive notification, no apology. The refund eventually came but the whole evening was ruined.
No cancellation alert, long wait wasted
Lieferando consistently delivers warm food and the variety of restaurants is great for a weeknight. My only complaint is that saved payment methods occasionally don't load and I have to re-enter card details. Small issue overall.

Lieferando has become my default. The tracking is precise, the courier notes get respected, and I love being able to filter by cuisine and dietary needs. Every order in the last few months has arrived hot and on time.

Lieferando is convenient and the restaurant list in my area is decent. The downside is the service fee that gets tacked on, which makes ordering noticeably pricier than calling the restaurant directly. I use it but think twice each time.
