The thing I love about Lexion is how it pulls contracts in from email automatically and routes them without anyone touching a spreadsheet. Our requesters get faster turnaround and legal keeps full visibility of the queue. The AI tagging means we can find any agreement instantly. It quietly removed a whole layer of admin from our day.

Lexion's contract intake automation is genuinely good, but the document search has repeatedly failed to surface agreements I know are in the system. For a platform built around finding and tracking contracts, that is a concrete problem that has cost me time on more than one occasion. The frustration outweighs the convenience some weeks.
Once Lexion was up and running, the way it captures and organises incoming contracts has saved our team hours every week. The integration with our email made adoption easy for the business.
