I use Lalamove regularly for last-minute parcel runs across the city and it almost never lets me down, drivers are quick and the app is easy. The one thing that frustrates me is how steeply the price jumps during peak hours. Outside rush times it's excellent value though.

Quick arrival, fair quote, helpful driver
Booked a Lalamove van to move some furniture and the driver accepted, arrived, then cancelled after we'd half-loaded the truck because he wanted cash on top of the quoted fare. I was left standing on the street with my stuff and had to rebook at a higher surge price. The whole point of an on-demand platform is reliability, and this was anything but.
