I cancelled my Kuku FM subscription well before the renewal date, yet I was still charged for another year. Getting a refund has been a nightmare and the support team keeps redirecting me without resolving anything. Very disappointed with how billing is handled.

When I started with Kuku FM a lot of good content was accessible, but now almost every series I open asks for a premium subscription after the first episode. It feels like a teaser more than an app these days. The content is good, the constant locking is frustrating.

I genuinely enjoy the original stories and podcasts on Kuku FM, especially the thriller series in Hindi. The voice acting is top notch. My only complaint is that offline downloads sometimes disappear after an app update and I have to re-download episodes before a flight.

Kuku FM fills a real gap with audiobooks and stories in Indian languages that you can't easily find elsewhere. I listen every night before sleeping. The app occasionally stutters when switching between episodes, but the depth of the catalogue more than makes up for it.
