Travelled across three countries last month and KT's roaming worked flawlessly the moment I landed, with clear pricing and no nasty surprises on the bill. Back home the 5G is consistently quick. Their store staff also set up my new eSIM in minutes. Genuinely impressed.
Seamless roaming, quick eSIM setup
Switched our apartment to KT's gigabit fibre and the speeds are exactly what they advertise, even during evening peak. The only gripe is that the engineer turned up almost two hours outside the booked window, which made for an annoying afternoon. Once it was live though, rock steady.

Honestly the best telecom experience I've had. KT's gigabit fibre never drops, I get full speed on wired and the latency for gaming is fantastic. The number portability process when I moved my line over was seamless and done within a day. Couldn't be happier.
Blazing speed, low latency, easy porting
I've been on KT mobile for a couple of years and the 5G coverage around Seoul and even out in Gangwon is excellent. Billing is clear and the prepaid top-up works without fuss. My only small complaint is the self-service app logs me out too often and I have to re-authenticate.

KT has been my home internet and IPTV provider for ages and honestly the reliability is hard to fault. The bundled TV channels are good value. I knocked off one star only because calling customer support meant a fairly long wait before anyone picked up.
