The apartment layout and amenities at our Kolte-Patil project are exactly as shown in the model flat, and the site team was helpful during handover. My only gripe is that getting timely callbacks during the booking stage took some chasing. Overall a developer I'd recommend in Pune.

We booked a 2BHK in one of Kolte-Patil's Pune townships and got possession almost on the committed date, which is rare in real estate here. The construction quality, the clubhouse, and the landscaping are genuinely premium and the RERA documentation was clean throughout. Very happy we trusted them with our first home.

From booking to registration, Kolte-Patil kept us informed at every stage and there were no hidden charges sprung on us at the end. The township has great open spaces, a proper jogging track and an active residents' community. Three years in and we still feel we made the right choice.

After taking possession of our Kolte-Patil flat we logged several snags like seepage on the balcony and a faulty bathroom fitting. Despite repeated reminders to the facility team it took nearly four months to get everything sorted. For the price point I expected post-handover service to be quicker.
