My recovery was fine but getting discharged from KIMS turned into an eight hour ordeal waiting for paperwork, pharmacy clearance and the final bill. We were ready to leave by morning and didn't get out until late evening with a sick patient. Painfully slow process that needs fixing.

Came in for a neurology consult and the standard of care at KIMS was high, with proper scans and a clear treatment plan. Only gripe is the outpatient queue ran well past my booked slot. Happy with the medical side overall.

The consultants at KIMS are genuinely knowledgeable and the diagnosis was spot on. But coordinating appointments, lab reports and insurance approvals felt like three different battles. If the admin side matched the clinical quality this would be a five.
