Khaitan & Co advised our company on a syndicated loan facility and the documentation review was thorough and timely. The banking team clearly knew the lenders' standard positions and pushed back where it mattered. The invoice had a couple of line items I had to query, but they resolved it without fuss.

We have used Khaitan for a few corporate matters now, including a JV agreement, and they are consistently dependable. The drafting is clean and they explain the commercial implications, not just the law. I'd have appreciated faster responses during the busy festive period, but overall very solid.

Khaitan handled the buyer-side diligence and SPA negotiation for our acquisition and did a thorough job flagging risks in the target. The team was responsive and the partner was available when we needed sign-off. Pricing was on the higher side, but the work justified it.

Our litigation engagement with Khaitan & Co lost momentum after the first couple of months. We had to chase repeatedly for status updates and adjournments seemed to happen without us being told in advance. The underlying legal work looked competent, but the lack of proactive communication was genuinely disappointing.

Khaitan & Co untangled a complicated regulatory approval that two previous advisers had struggled with. They knew exactly which regulator contacts mattered and the memo they produced was the clearest legal document I have read. Cannot recommend the corporate team highly enough.
