I like Jupiter's interface and the way it visualises where my money goes, but since it rides on a partner bank some services like cheque books and certain transfers feel restricted. Customer support is responsive on chat at least. It is a solid money-management layer, though I am torn on relying on it fully.

Jupiter does a nice job of helping me budget and the on-time payment nudges are handy. However, my experience with support has been inconsistent, sometimes instant and sometimes I wait far too long for a simple answer. The app itself is great, but the service side leaves me genuinely undecided.

Jupiter has made tracking my daily spends genuinely enjoyable, the auto-categorised insights and the Pots feature for saving towards goals are really well done. UPI payments are instant and the app design is calm and clutter-free. I just wish the rewards on debit spends were a touch more generous.

Jupiter has completely changed how I relate to my money, the spending breakdowns, goal-based Pots and instant notifications make me feel in control. Opening the account was a five-minute affair and UPI has never failed me. The biller reminders alone have saved me from late fees more than once.
