Jora has become part of my daily routine because the email alerts are reliable and the interface stays out of the way. As an aggregator it does exactly what it should. Slight annoyance is the occasional duplicate from different source sites, but easy enough to skim past.

A frustrating share of the listings on Jora led to pages that had been taken down or jobs that had expired ages ago. I wasted a lot of time clicking through to nothing. For an aggregator the freshness of the data really needs to be much better.
I like that Jora is straightforward and free, with a clean search that surfaces jobs across different countries. It helped me spot openings the mainstream sites had missed. My one small gripe is that a few listings were already closed by the time I clicked through.

I wouldn't rely on Jora alone, but as a companion to the bigger sites it's genuinely useful for catching roles you might otherwise miss. The multi-country search is a plus when you're open to relocating. Just be prepared to verify each listing on the source site.

Jora is great for casting a wide net since it gathers listings from loads of sources into one search. I found roles I hadn't seen on the bigger boards. The only minor downside is that it redirects you elsewhere to apply, so it's more of a finder than an applier.
