For our growing company Jobvite struck a nice balance between features and cost, covering sourcing, tracking, and candidate communication. Support has been responsive whenever we needed configuration help. The one thing I would improve is the mobile experience for hiring managers on the go.

Jobvite has been a steady workhorse for our recruiters, keeping candidate stages organised and communications in one place. The interface is clean and onboarding new recruiters was painless. I would have liked faster load times on large requisition lists, but it gets the job done well.
