I love the mission behind Jobsforher and the courses helped me brush up before applying. Found a couple of genuinely flexible roles aimed at women returners. The only downside is the homepage can feel cluttered with events and content, which makes finding jobs slower.

Jobsforher was exactly what I needed after a five-year career break to raise my kids. The returnship listings and women-friendly employers made me feel like getting back to work was actually possible. I landed a flexible role through the platform and the upskilling resources sealed the deal.

Jobsforher does important work helping women re-enter the workforce and the returnship idea is brilliant. In practice some of the roles I was matched with didn't fit my field, so it was a bit hit and miss. Worth using for the resources even if the job matching needs polish.
