I like that Jahez supports Mada and Apple Pay so checkout is quick, and the restaurant choice across the Gulf is solid. Tracking could be a little more precise, but overall it's a dependable app I'm happy to use.

Jahez covers a good number of restaurants here in Riyadh and the interface is in clear Arabic and English. What holds me back is the delivery charge, which on quieter areas can be quite high. Useful, but I weigh up the cost each time.

On a normal day Jahez is quick and trouble-free. On weekends and busy evenings though, estimates slip and a couple of my orders came later than promised. I keep it for the convenience but the reliability varies.
