IWG has been a steady partner as our headcount grew, letting us upgrade from a couple of desks to a private suite without much fuss. The reception staff handle our mail and visitors professionally. The app for booking rooms is decent, though it occasionally lags when confirming reservations.

Booking app can be sluggish
The Spaces location itself was pleasant and well situated, but my IWG agreement came with add-on fees for things I assumed were included, like kitchen and service charges. At renewal the quoted increase was steep with little explanation. The workspace was good; the contract experience was disappointing.

We moved our hybrid team into an IWG Spaces location and the bright, modern environment has lifted morale noticeably. Booking additional meeting rooms through the app is easy and the coffee is surprisingly good. I'd only ask that they add a few more quiet zones for focused work.

Through IWG's Regus brand I have access to professional offices in nearly every city I travel to, which has been a genuine asset for my consulting work. The spaces are consistently clean and the staff are courteous. The only minor gripe is that some older locations feel a touch dated compared to the Spaces sites.
