IRCTC's live running status saved my connection. I could see exactly where my train was and planned my platform change perfectly. The e-catering option also let me order a hot meal to my seat at a junction. Genuinely impressed with how much the platform now offers.

I rely on IRCTC for every journey and it has genuinely got better year on year. Refunds for cancelled trains now hit my account quickly, the tourism packages are good value, and the whole booking flow feels much more stable. Can't imagine travelling without it.

After years of frustration, my latest Tatkal booking on IRCTC went through without a hitch. The new interface is cleaner, the captcha was quick, and I had my confirmed ticket within a minute of the window opening. Huge improvement over what it used to be.

Have to give IRCTC credit, the app has improved a lot. I booked tickets for six family members in one go, the payment went through instantly via UPI, and the e-ticket was on my phone before I even closed the app. The seat availability calendar is really handy too.
