What sets Instahyre apart is the calibre of companies and how the algorithm learns your preferences over time. I started getting noticeably better matches after a couple of weeks. The interface is clean and I never had to chase recruiters for replies.

Instahyre's machine learning suggestions were genuinely relevant and I appreciated the curated feel. That said, a fair number of recruiters expressed interest and then went silent after I accepted. When it works it works well, but the follow-through from the employer side is hit or miss.
