The formation was smooth and cost-effective, no complaints there. What makes me ambivalent is the free first-year registered agent that renews at full price automatically, which caught me off guard the following year. Great if you stay on top of the dates, risky if you forget.

Used Bizee to set up my corporation and the filing went through cleanly with the EIN sorted too. I'm happy with the outcome and the price. The only gripe is the account dashboard, which feels a little cluttered and made finding my final documents harder than it should have been.
