iCIMS has handled our enterprise hiring volume without breaking a sweat and the configurability is genuinely impressive. We built tailored workflows for different business units and the candidate sourcing tools fill our pipeline well. A serious platform for serious recruiting operations.

Scalable and highly configurable
We have run iCIMS for years and it remains the reliable core of our recruiting stack. The reporting gives leadership the metrics they want and the integrations with our background-check vendors save the team hours. It does what enterprise talent teams need it to do.
Reliable core with strong integrations
iCIMS does the heavy lifting for our applicant tracking and the underlying functionality is comprehensive. The catch is that parts of the interface feel a bit dated and recruiters need a few clicks more than they should. Still a strong tool once you are used to it.
