I have used Halodoc several times for minor illnesses and the doctors respond quickly through chat. Booking a lab test for home sample collection was also straightforward. My only minor wish is for a few more specialists to be available in the evenings.

Halodoc has been so convenient when I am too unwell to leave the house. I consulted a doctor through the app and my prescribed medicine arrived within a couple of hours. The whole process from chat to delivery was smooth and clearly priced.

Halodoc is genuinely handy for teleconsults and most of the time the medicine delivery is quick. However, on a couple of occasions the delivery was delayed by several hours with no clear update, which is stressful when you need the medication. When it works well it is excellent, but the reliability is uneven.
