I'll give credit where due: the withdrawals are consistent and UPI is convenient. The problem is support. When my links broke after a site update it took over a week and several follow-ups to get any human reply. The product is decent, the help desk really is not. Can't fully recommend until that improves.
My withdrawal sat stuck on processing for nearly three weeks past their stated NET-15. I'd requested it via bank transfer and just got radio silence in between. It did eventually come, but the uncertainty of not knowing if you'll get paid on time is stressful when you rely on this. NET-15 should mean NET-15.
