Gopuff has basically replaced my late-night corner-store trips. The selection of drinks and snacks is solid and delivery is consistently fast in my neighborhood. The one thing I'd change is the small-order minimum, which nudges me to add stuff I don't really need.
Consistently fast, good snack selection
Order minimum is annoying
I lean on Gopuff for the random forgot-to-buy-it stuff, paper towels, a phone charger, ice cream, and it shows up quicker than I can drive there. Delivery riders have been polite and orders arrive intact. Would be five stars if the alcohol selection in my area were a bit broader.

I placed a Gopuff order that promised 25 minutes and it took over an hour, by which point I'd given up. Two items were missing from the bag with no heads-up and getting the refund processed took a couple of back-and-forths with support. The speed is the whole point, and this time it failed.
Very late delivery and missing items
Gopuff is great when I run out of snacks at midnight and the delivery is genuinely fast. The problem is half the time the item I actually want is out of stock and I end up substituting. When it works it's brilliant, when it doesn't it's frustrating, so it's a real coin toss.

Ordering snacks, drinks and even cleaning supplies at 1am and having them at my door in 20 minutes is a small miracle. Gopuff's prices on convenience items are reasonable and the FAM subscription killed the delivery fees for me. Only minor gripe is the app occasionally shows items that aren't actually available.
