Google Flights makes comparing fares across airlines genuinely effortless and the price calendar saved me a chunk on a Delhi to London trip. My only gripe is that it doesn't actually book the ticket, so you still get bounced to the airline or an agent to pay.

Found a great fare on Google Flights but when it sent me to the airline site the price was nearly 40 dollars higher with no explanation. It happened on two separate searches the same evening, which made the whole comparison feel pointless.

I love the interface but Google Flights missed a low-cost regional carrier that was clearly cheaper for my Bangalore to Goa hop. Because I trusted the comparison, I almost overpaid until a friend pointed it out. It needs to be upfront that not every airline is included.
