I had high hopes for the Glossier serum but my skin reacted badly and I broke out across my cheeks within a week of using it. It might just not suit my skin type, but for a brand built on skincare credibility I expected gentler formulas. Had to stop using it entirely.
Caused breakouts; not suited to sensitive skin
Glossier's lightweight skin tint gives me exactly the dewy, natural finish I wanted without feeling cakey. It arrived quickly and the sample they tucked in was a nice touch. Only small gripe is the shade range could be a bit wider for deeper tones.

Most of my Glossier order lived up to the reputation, especially the brow gel and the mist, which I now use daily. The one let-down was a concealer that creased on me, but everything else was lovely. Happy customer, just slightly cautious on which products I repurchase.

I'm completely sold on Glossier. The Cloud Paint blush blends like a dream and lasts all day, and the lip balm has saved my skin through winter. Shipping was fast and the products feel exactly as photographed. This is the rare beauty brand that lives up to the buzz.
Buildable, long-lasting, genuine quality
I was excited to try Glossier after all the hype, but the foundation I ordered had almost no coverage and oxidised orange within an hour. The pink pouch and presentation are cute, but I expected the actual skincare-meets-makeup formula to perform better for the money.
