Funda is the obvious place to look for a house in the Netherlands and the interface is clean and quick. I liked seeing the asking price, energy label and plot size at a glance. Only wish there were more listings in my budget, but that's the market not the site.

I rely on Funda for nearly all my house viewing in Rotterdam and it does the basics well. The filters are decent but I'd love better tools for drawing custom search areas and saving complex queries. As is, it's good but not quite great.

Funda was indispensable during our hunt in Utrecht. The instant notifications got us to viewings the same day listings went up, which mattered hugely given how fast homes sell here. Floorplans and neighbourhood info were detailed enough to shortlist with confidence.

Funda shows everything you need to research the Dutch market, which I appreciate. But homes vanish within hours of listing and there's no way to act faster than the crowd. The platform is fine; the experience reflects a brutally competitive market.

Funda remains the standard for Dutch real estate and most listings end up here. The mobile experience is a little clunky though, and some commercial listings had sparse information. Useful overall, but it could do with a modern refresh.
