Frontier nailed the sense of scale with Elite. Flying between systems in a 1:1 Milky Way is breathtaking and the flight model is the best I have used. As a simulation studio they are clearly at the top of their craft.

Frontier Developments has become my favourite studio for management and building games. The systems are intricate without being impenetrable and there is always something new to optimise. Planet Coaster and Elite both showcase real expertise.

Frontier Developments built a park-builder that lets me lose entire evenings designing coasters. The tools are deep and the level of detail is impressive. My only gripe is that very large parks can chug on my older PC.
