The Force Traveller does its job hauling passengers reliably and the engine feels strong even when fully loaded. On the flip side, the interior plastics and dashboard feel a decade behind competitors, and the ride can be bumpy. It's a genuine mixed bag, dependable but unrefined.

Our Force Traveller has clocked over a lakh kilometres on daily school runs with very few issues, and the spare parts are easy to find locally. The seating layout is practical and fuel economy is decent for its size. My only gripe is that the cabin gets noisy at highway speeds.

We use a Force vehicle for both family trips and light commercial loads, and it has handled both roles well over two years. Running costs are low and the diesel engine is torquey for hill driving. The only minor letdown is that the AC struggles a bit in peak summer, otherwise a smart buy.

I bought a Force Gurkha expecting rugged reliability, but when the suspension developed a fault the nearest authorised service centre was hours away and kept it for three weeks waiting on parts. For a vehicle marketed on toughness, the after-sales support has been a real weak point.
Sparse service network, long part delays
The Force Gurkha is hands down the most capable off-roader I've owned in this price range. It crawled through Himalayan slush and rocky riverbeds without complaint, and the build feels genuinely indestructible. Mileage is reasonable for a 4x4 and the high ground clearance is brilliant. Couldn't be happier.
