We had Five Star Bath Solutions redo our tub surround and within a few months the caulking around the seams started peeling and we noticed water seeping behind it. Getting them back to address it under warranty took longer than it should have. Disappointing for a renovation investment.
Sealant failed quickly, slow warranty response
Five Star Bath Solutions transformed our dated bathroom into a modern walk-in shower and we love the result. The design consultant listened to what we wanted and the crew was skilled. They left a bit of dust and debris behind that I had to clean up, but the finish itself is excellent.

The actual bathroom renovation from Five Star Bath Solutions came out lovely and the installers did clean, careful work. My one complaint is the initial sales appointment felt high pressure with same-day discount tactics. Once we got past that, the project itself was a good experience.

Five Star Bath Solutions quoted a two-day bathroom remodel that ended up stretching across more than a week. Materials weren't all on site when the crew started and we were left without a usable shower for days. The finished result was okay but the delays were a real headache.

From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, Five Star Bath Solutions was professional and transparent. They converted our old tub into a gorgeous low-threshold shower for my elderly mother and the safety features are exactly what we needed. Finished on schedule and spotless.
