Evisort handles the heavy lifting of organising and analysing our contracts well, and the clause-level search saves real time. My one gripe is the reporting, which is functional but not as flexible as I would like when building views for leadership. Overall a strong tool that we are happy with.

The analytics on obligations and expiries help us plan ahead rather than react. One star off only because onboarding our legacy documents took longer than I expected.
We relied on Evisort to flag upcoming renewals, and a critical supplier contract auto-renewed because the alert never fired. When a contract analytics platform's core promise is not letting things slip, that is a serious failure for us. Support investigated but the trust was already broken by then.

Evisort does a respectable job organising our contract repository and the metadata extraction is mostly accurate. Where I am torn is the search, which sometimes misses agreements I know are in there, forcing me to dig manually. It is a useful platform for our legal team, just not quite as effortless as the demo suggested.
