Flew Etihad through Abu Dhabi to London and the economy seats had decent legroom and a good entertainment selection. Cabin crew were attentive and the meals were better than I expected. Only gripe was the long layover at the terminal with limited seating near my gate.

Awkward layover wait
Etihad still offers a genuinely premium product and the Abu Dhabi hub is efficient. That said, the prices have climbed noticeably and baggage rules on the cheaper fares caught me out at check-in. Torn between loyalty and shopping around next time.

Rising fares and fare-class confusion
Absolutely brilliant trip with Etihad in business class. The lie-flat seat, the chef-curated menu and the lounge in Abu Dhabi made the journey feel like part of the holiday. Crew remembered my name and kept my coffee topped up. Genuinely one of the best long-hauls I have taken.
Exceptional seat, food and service
The actual flight with Etihad was lovely, smooth take-off and a polished onboard product. However, sorting out a date change through their call centre took three attempts and conflicting answers. The in-air bit and the admin side feel like two different companies honestly.

Did a Delhi to Abu Dhabi sector and everything ran on time with warm service throughout. Baggage came out quickly and check-in was painless. The only thing dragging it down was the mobile app which kept logging me out while I tried to select seats.
