The actual tournaments ESL organises are first class with strong anti-cheat and fair seeding. The companion app for following brackets and notifications is clunky though and crashes now and then. Fix the app and this is a five-star operation.
I've watched ESL tournaments for years and the broadcast production rivals traditional TV sports. The casters are knowledgeable and the bracket info is easy to follow. My one wish is that VOD availability after the event was a bit more organised.
