Most of my Ekart deliveries land on time and the agents are polite. The only thing that bugs me is the tracking sometimes lags behind reality, showing the parcel in transit when it is actually out for delivery. Still happy overall.

Honestly Ekart has been brilliant for my Flipkart orders lately. The packages arrive a day early more often than not, the agent sends an OTP, and tracking updates are accurate. Easily the most reliable courier I deal with.

Ordering through Flipkart is fine, but Ekart's return pickup let me down. The agent rescheduled three times and I had to keep staying home waiting. For a supply chain arm this size, the return process should not be this unreliable.

Ekart marked my Flipkart order as delivered when nothing reached my doorstep. The delivery agent never called and the support team kept closing my complaint without resolving it. Chasing a refund for over a week now has been exhausting.

Ekart handles most of my Flipkart deliveries without trouble and the coverage even in my smaller town is good. That said, a couple of parcels arrived a few days late with no proactive update. Mixed but generally workable.
