Eicher's vehicles themselves are solid and the Royal Enfield side has real desirability. My experience is dragged down by an inconsistent dealer, one branch was excellent and another barely returned calls about my service booking. The brand is genuinely good; the retail experience is a coin toss.

I love that Eicher owns Royal Enfield, and my Classic 350 has the soulful character I wanted. But on the commercial vehicle side, a friend's Eicher truck has had more electrical niggles than expected. As a company they make charming products, I'm just genuinely unsure about long-term dependability across the range.
