Eicher's vehicles themselves are solid and the Royal Enfield side has real desirability. My experience is dragged down by an inconsistent dealer, one branch was excellent and another barely returned calls about my service booking. The brand is genuinely good; the retail experience is a coin toss.
Solid vehicles, desirable brand
Inconsistent dealer service
We run Eicher light commercial vehicles for daily milk collection across villages, and they start every cold morning without fuss. The fuel economy and low maintenance costs make a real difference to our margins, and parts are easy to source. Eicher has quietly become the backbone of our operation. Highly recommended.
Cold-start reliable, economical, easy parts
Eicher's stewardship of Royal Enfield shows in my Meteor 350, the thump of the engine, the build quality, and the smooth cruising all exceeded my expectations. Booking was easy and delivery was on time with a proper handover. Every weekend ride feels special. Thrilled with the whole experience.
Beautiful engine character, on-time delivery
I love that Eicher owns Royal Enfield, and my Classic 350 has the soulful character I wanted. But on the commercial vehicle side, a friend's Eicher truck has had more electrical niggles than expected. As a company they make charming products, I'm just genuinely unsure about long-term dependability across the range.
Characterful motorcycles, strong heritage
Mixed reliability reports
Our Eicher Pro series trucks have delivered the best fuel efficiency in our entire fleet, and the cabin comfort keeps our drivers fresh on long routes. Service intervals are generous and the support team responds fast. Two years in, zero major breakdowns. This is exactly what a commercial vehicle should be.
Class-leading efficiency, driver comfort, reliable
