e.l.f. Cosmetics is great for affordable everyday basics and the brushes are surprisingly soft. My issue is the foundation shades skew limited for deeper Indian skin tones, so I struggled to find a true match. Decent brand overall, just room to grow on inclusivity.

The Halo Glow liquid filter from e.l.f. gives me that lit-from-within look without any glitter, and it layers beautifully under or over foundation. For such a low price the quality is shocking. Fast shipping too. This is now a permanent part of my kit.
I cannot believe how good e.l.f. Cosmetics is for the price. The Power Grip primer is genuinely tacky and grips my makeup all day, easily rivalling products three times the cost. Cruelty-free and affordable is the dream combo and I keep restocking.
I genuinely respect e.l.f. for keeping prices low and staying cruelty-free, and many products perform above their price tag. That said, the lip products dry out my lips and a couple of eyeshadows were patchy. It balances out to a fair, middle-of-the-road experience.
Some e.l.f. items are brilliant and others fall flat. The Halo Glow is stunning, but the mascara I bought smudged under my eyes within hours. For the low price I can forgive misses, but you do have to research which products are actually worth it.
