Once configured, Druva backs up our data dependably and the security and compliance features tick the boxes our auditors care about. Getting comfortable with the admin console took longer than expected and some settings are buried in menus. Solid product that could use a friendlier interface.

Druva replaced our on-prem backup appliances entirely and now our endpoints, SaaS apps and servers are protected from a single cloud console. We did a test restore last quarter and it came back fast and complete. Not having to manage backup hardware anymore has been a huge relief for our small IT team.

Druva's coverage across endpoints and cloud workloads is broad and the SaaS-based model means zero servers for us to babysit. The catch is that restoring very large data sets took longer than I'd have liked during one recovery. Reliable for everyday protection, just temper expectations on bulk restores.

We've trusted Druva with backups across laptops and Microsoft 365 for over a year and recovery has never let us down. Support is generally knowledgeable, though response times on lower-priority tickets can drag a bit. Overall a dependable choice for cloud-first data protection.

Druva protects our data well and the as-a-service approach saved us from a hardware refresh. My mixed feeling is around the cost: as data grows the bill becomes harder to forecast and a couple of line items surprised us. Good technology, wish the commercials were more transparent.
