Doola got my company formed without issues and the core service works. The bookkeeping package I added on, though, was less polished β categorisation needed a lot of manual correction and reports were basic. The formation side I'd recommend; the accounting side still needs work.
The onboarding experience with Doola was excellent and they clearly explain each compliance step, which matters a lot when you're new to US business filings. Support has been responsive over chat. My only real gripe is that the annual fees creep up once you stack on the compliance services.
