Domain made following the Sydney market easy with its suburb price guides and auction results. The app sent me alerts the moment new listings dropped in my area. I knocked a star off only because a few inspection times were listed wrong, but overall very good.

Domain feels more design-led than its rivals and the property news and suburb profiles are genuinely useful reading. Listings were detailed and the photos high quality. My only gripe is that some regional areas had thinner listings than I'd hoped.

I check the Domain app every morning and it rarely lets me down. Filtering by price, bedrooms and inspection times is quick, and the auction results feature keeps me informed. A minor niggle is the odd push notification arriving twice, but nothing serious.

We searched for months and Domain was where we finally found our place in Melbourne. The school zone overlays and median price data helped us decide on the right suburb. Saved searches and inspection planners made a hectic weekend of viewings manageable. Loved it.

Domain is a nicely built site and I enjoy the editorial and price guides. The reality is that some agents post to the bigger competitor first, so I occasionally found listings late here. Still worth using alongside another portal for full coverage.
